Privacy Policy

The Site is operated by Diamond Lounge LLC (“Diamond Pizza & Lounge,” “we,” “us,” “our”), located at 101 Railroad Pl, Danbury, CT. You can reach us at hello@diamondpizzalounge.com for any privacy question, request, or complaint.

The Site is primarily informational. We do not require an account, and we do not directly process online orders or payments on this Site. We do collect a limited amount of information:

• Basic device + log data automatically sent by your browser (IP address, user-agent, referring page, timestamps) for security, abuse prevention, and to keep the Site running.
• Information you choose to send us (for example, if you email us or message us on social media).

We do not knowingly collect health data, precise geolocation, government IDs, or biometric data through this Site.

When you tap “Order,” you are handed off to one of our ordering partners (currently Toast for pickup and DoorDash for delivery). Once you’re on their platform, your name, contact information, delivery address, order, and payment are collected and processed by them under their own privacy policies:

• Toast — pos.toasttab.com/privacy
• DoorDash — doordash.com/privacy

We receive limited order information from these partners (such as order totals and item counts) to operate the restaurant. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.

The Site uses a small number of first-party cookies and similar storage strictly to remember UI state (for example, whether you’ve seen the intro animation in this session). We do not currently run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking on this Site. If we add analytics or marketing pixels in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required, request your consent first.

• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• To respond to messages and inquiries you send us.
• To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with:

• Service providers who host the Site and help us operate it (subject to confidentiality and security obligations).
• Ordering and payment partners when you choose to order (see Section 3).
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.

We keep server logs only as long as needed for security and operations, and messages you send us for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable business record. Order data held by Toast or DoorDash is retained under their policies.

Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA and other US state privacy laws), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights by emailing hello@diamondpizzalounge.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

We do not “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information processed through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
