The Site is an informational marketing site for Diamond Pizza & Lounge, located inside Diamond Club at 101 Railroad Pl, Danbury, CT. Online ordering, payment, and delivery are handled by third-party platforms (currently Toast and DoorDash). Your transactions on those platforms are governed by their own terms and policies, not these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a way that violates law or these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disable, or interfere with the Site, its security, or any related systems.
• Scrape, mirror, or reproduce substantial portions of the Site without our prior written permission.
• Use the Site to harass others, send unlawful content, or impersonate any person or entity.

Menu items, pricing, hours, and availability shown on the Site are for general information and may change without notice. The information shown on our ordering partners’ platforms at the time you place an order controls your transaction.

The Site, including the “Diamond Pizza & Lounge” and “Diamond Club” names, the diamond emblem, visual design, photography, and copy, is owned by Diamond Lounge LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use these marks or content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site.

The Site contains links to third parties (such as Toast, DoorDash, and Instagram). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. INFORMATION ABOUT ALLERGENS AND INGREDIENTS ON THIS SITE IS GENERAL — IF YOU HAVE AN ALLERGY OR DIETARY CONCERN, PLEASE CONFIRM WITH STAFF BEFORE ORDERING.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIAMOND LOUNGE LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diamond Lounge LLC from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Connecticut will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
